Arriving for the first time in 2008, Andrew stayed in Nigeria until his retirement in mid 2023. He was immensely privileged to live in this remarkable country, and played a variety of roles including public intellectual, author and speaker, strategy consultant, and chief economist (The last two for PwC Nigeria).

Post his retirement from Nigeria, he is delighted to still play some roles to ensure his continued support for the nation, including:
